'60-year old poverty cannot be removed in one go'
Nizamabad, August 20: The 60-year old poverty in the State cannot be removed in one go, said Telangana Minister for Information and Technology KT Rama Rao.
Speaking at a Grama Jyothi meeting in Kurti village (Pitlam mandal, Nizamabad district) today, KTR lashed out at the earlier governments. He said they are cleaning all the sins committed by the earlier governments.
KTR said roads construction will be taken up at a cost of Rs 15,000 crore in the State.
Today he toured in Nizamsagar mandal in the district and laid foundation stone for the CC roads construction in Vellanur, Mangunur and Narsingapalli villages. The construction cost of these roads is Rs 4 crore.
