AP SIT issues notices to TS Home Secretary

Hyderabad, Aug 20: The Special Investigation Team (SIT), constituted by AP government to probe into the alleged phone-tapping, issued notices to Telangana Home Secretary Rajeev Trivedi today. The SIT officials filed a memo in VIjayawada Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court to issue notices. The officials reached Hyderabad to handover notices. According to reports, SIT carried a detail investigation whether the phone-tapping orders were issued orally or in written format. The telcos representatives reportedly informed that a senior officer in Telangana government issued the orders. Further details are awaited.
