Why KCR don't like floral garlands?

Hyderabad, August 17: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao launched the Grama Jyothi scheme in Gangadevipalli village in Warangal district today. On this occasion, he announced of allotting Rs 10 crore to the village under this scheme. KCR said people are still under illusion that somebody will come and do good. They are not aware of the strength, capacity hidden in them. But, Gangadevipalli villagers formed committees and solving their problems. He lauded them for having the capability and confidence for doing anything. He suggested the villagers to discuss and decide the works to be taken to develop the village. He wished Gangadevipalli should become model village in the country. Speaking in his own style, KCR said he don't like to wear floral garlands. He said, water will be sprinkled on floral garlands to keep them fresh. If he wears them, then his shirt will become wet. That is why he don't like them.
