Cash-for-vote-case: Kondal Reddy fails to appear before ACB

Hyderabad, Aug 13: Kondal Reddy, driver of TDP Workers Welfare Fund Coordinator Nara Lokesh, failed to appear before the Telangana government's Anti-Corruption Bureau today. The ACB officials issued notices to Kondal Reddy under CRPC section 160 to appear before them for investigation in cash-for-vote scam. On Wednesday the officials pasted the notices at Kondal Reddy's house and they failed to trace him. The Officials were planning to issue notices once again, if Kondal Reddy fails to appear before them on Friday. It may be noted that the officials also visited AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's home and the party headquarters to give notices to Kondal Reddy.
