AP will be developed into export-import hub: Chandrababu

Vijayawada, Aug 13: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that Andhra Pradesh would be developed into a export-import hub. The CM addressed the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) meet in Hyderabad today through video conference from his Camp Office in Vijayawada. Chandrababu said that he was maintaining good rapport with CII for the past 19 years and sought the organisation's cooperation in construction of the capital city. He reiterated that AP would be insulated from drought by interlinking all major rivers in the state. He said that government aims to make the state top the country in port cargo handling. At present AP is ranked third in port cargo handling.
