Rishiteswari's case: Six others involvement suspected

Guntur, Aug 13: The Fact Finding Committee suspected the involvement of six others other than the three arrested in the alleged ragging and suicide of ANU B Arch student Rishiteswari. Retired IAS officer Balasubramaniam headed the committee. According to report, Mounica, Pavani, Unnathi, Gowthami, Lakshmi Durga and SK Narsa were also involved in the case. They reportedly asked Rishiteswari to vacate the hostel room. The Committee found that ragging, ramp walk, moon walk, cat walk, harassing and torture were common in ANU hostels and these videos were uploaded on social networking websites. It may be noted D Hanisha, Jayacharan and Srinu were already arrested by the police in this case. The committee felt that principal Babu Rao lobbied to suppress the case. The committee reported that Hanisha and Jayacharan forced Rishiteswari to enter into a relationship with Srinu.
