Chiranjeevi, Khushboo to campaign for KPCC

Bengaluru/Hyderabad, August 12: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) is planning to engage actors to campaign for the ensuing Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Polike (BBMP) elections. KPCC chief Dr. Parameshwar said that they have invited actors-turned political leaders Chiranjeevi and Khushboo and Kannada actresses Ramya and Bhavana to take up campaigning. On the other hand, BJP got a setback as they were aspiring to retain the BBMP Mayor seat for the second time. According to sources, Ananta Kumar and Yeddyurappa already informed party state president Prahlad Joshi that they cannot participate in the campaigning.
