TSCHE to issue notices to CBIT

Hyderabad, Aug 12: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will soon issue notices to Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology (CBIT) for alleged violation of rules in filling B category seats. TSCHE took the decision to issue notices after a student lodged a compliant that her seat was allocated to lower ranked candidates. The council secretary Prof. T Papi Reddy directed the officials to issue notices to the college. Earlier, the council issued notices to three top colleges G Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Sciences, Marry Laxman Reddy Group of Institutions and CMR Group of Institutions for violation of rules in filling B category seats. It may be noted that some colleges earlier refused to admit convener quota students and filled the seats under management quota and spot admissions.
