3-year-old becomes Mayor

Dorset (USA), Aug 12: A three-year-old boy who cannot even utter words properly was elected as Mayor. The child is the Mayor of Dorset town in Minnesota state in USA. Twenty two families live in the town and they appoint Mayor every year in an unique manner. The Mayor was elected during a food festival held in town few days ago. The names of all the children were drawn on slips of paper and they were drawn from a bucket. A 3-year-old child James's name came in the draw. Incidentally James brother Robert(6) worked as the Mayor of the town for two years. Robert advised his brother to speak politely with people.
