Chandrababu stalling HC bifurcation: Kavitha

Delhi, Aug 05: TRS MP K Kavitha alleged that TDP supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is stalling bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court. She was speaking in a debate in Lok Sabha today. Kavitha saw a political conspiracy behind the delay in the bifurcation of HC. She said that Centre was not cooperating for bifurcation of the court. The HC bifurcation was ridden with politics. Chandrababu always tries to create problems to TRS government, she added. The MP urged the Centre to expedite the bifurcation of the court. TDP MPs condemned Kavitha's statements. Meanwhile, Union Law Minister Sadananda Gowda said that he had written a letter to Andhra Pradesh for provision of infrastructure to set up high court.
