Case of 25 disqualified engg colleges posted to Tuesday
Hyderabad, July 27: The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad posted its verdict on 25 disqualified engineering colleges affiliated to JNTU to Tuesday.
The High Court had earlier directed JNTU authorities to conduct inspections in the colleges, which lack facilities.
Advocate General submitted the inspection report to the court. He also informed that these colleges were disqualified as there are only a few facilities to the students.
The High Court after reading the report posted its final verdict for tomorrow.
The managements of engineering colleges challenged the cancellation of recognition of several private engineering colleges, which lack basic facilities and permissions.
The court directed JNTU to allow these 25 colleges to conduct counselling this year. JNTU also told to conduct inspections once again and to submit the report.
