Osmania Hospital will be shifted in a week: KCR

Hyderabad, July 23: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao today inspected Osmania General Hospital. He went around all the departments in the hospital and interacted with doctors and patients. The CM said that the hospital would be shifted to another place within a week. KCR said that he would request the High Court Chief Justice and Governor to visit the hospital. He regretted that the world's reputed hospital was in a dilapidated condition. He said that hospital was serving the needs of patients from Telangana and Maharashtra states. The building may collapse at any time and shifting the hospital is necessary to safeguard the lives of patients, doctors and nurses, he added. Health Minister C Laxma Reddy and others accompanied the CM.
