Gali appears in CBI court, case posted to August 3
Hyderabad, July 20: Former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy, accused in OMC 'illegal' mining case appeared before the CBI court here on Monday. Along with him, Srilakshi, BV Srinivas Reddy, Sabitha Indra Reddy, Krupananda and Ali Khan also attended the court.
After arguments in the case, CBI court posted the matter to August 3.
Janardhan Reddy's Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) was accused of changing mining lease boundary markings between the united Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, indulging in illegal mining in Bellary Reserve Forest areas, spread between Bellary (Karnataka) and Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh).
He was arrested by the CBI on September 5, 2011.
