Committee to probe attack on lady MRO

Hyderabad, July 11: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has assured to constitute a One-Man Committee comprising a senior IAS officer to probe the attack on Musunuru Tehsildar Vanajakshi, said AP Revenue Employees Association. The committee will also probe the inaction of police. The employees said that Chandrababu termed the incident unfortunate. The CM said that action would be taken on the accused after receiving report from the committee. The CM directed the officials to withdraw cases filed against the Tehsildar. The meet also resolved to set up Special Task Force to prevent illegal sand quarrying. Meanwhile, Revenue officials called off the stir.
