TDP wins 3 seats in TS MPTC bypolls

Hyderabad, July 6: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has won 3 Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency (MPTC) seats for which by-election was held recently. TDP candidate Lakshmidevi defeated TRS candidate with a margin of 693 votes in Buledu MPTC seat of Maddur mandal in Kodangal Assembly constituency represented by TDP MLA Revanth Reddy. TDP candidate Matku won Relakayalapalli MPTC seat in Karepalli mandal in Khammam district with a majority of 166 votes. TDP won Urattum MPTC seat in Tadvai mandal of Warangal district. The TDP nominee Raju won with a margin of 75 votes. TDP leaders and cadres were in upbeat over the victory of the party in bypolls.
