Kidnap case filed against YSRCP MLA

Hyderabad, July 4: A Kidnap case was filed against YSRCP MLA Buddha Rajashekara Reddy for allegedly kidnapping a MPTC member to prevent him from casting vote in MLC elections. Erlapadu MPTC Bala Hussain filed a kidnap case against YSRCP MLA Buddha Rajashekara Reddy at Bandi Atmakur Police Station. Bala Hussain alleged that the MLA’s followers invited him for talks and detained him. He said that he lost the opportunity to cast his vote and demanded action against the MLA. Rajashekara Reddy represents Srisailam Assembly constituency in Kurnool district. According to media reports, the MLA went into underground soon after case was filed against him. Meanwhile, YSRCP leaders refuted the allegations.
