Yadagirigutta gears up for President’s visit

Hyderabad, July 4: The Yadagirigutta temple authorities has been busy in making arrangements for the President Pranab Mukherjee’s visit. Special restrictions will be put in place in the town in view of the President’s visit tomorrow. Central forces will take over the town from 9 pm today to tomorrow evening. Devotees will not be allowed to enter the temple till 2 pm tomorrow. The temple authorities asked pilgrims to vacate cottages and lodges as a precautionary measures. The police had already stopped movement of vehicles in several routes and erected barricades to restrict movement of pilgrims on main thoroughfares in the town. It may be noted that the President is staying in Rashtrapati Nilayam at Bollarum near Secunderabad as part of his 10-day Southern Sojourn. Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Governor ESL Narasimhan will accompany the President during the visit.
