Revanth bail petition again deferred to 2.15 pm
Hyderabad, June 26: The hearing of bail petition of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy once again postponed. High Court had postponed the hearing till 2.15 pm on Friday, due to the non-availability of Telangana Advocate General. Meanwhile, the cash-for-vote case is taking a serious turn with the Election Commission (EC) of India reportedly gearing up to file a special case in this issue.
The EC had already filed a petition in the ACB court, seeking all the evidences like documents, copies of 14 audio and video tapes regarding the cash-for-vote case.
The ACB court advocate said that the court is examining the copies of the tapes. He said they have only one copy and will decide whether to give the copies to the EC or not, if Forensic Science Lab (FSL) gives another copy to them.
