Hearing in Mathaiah's quash petition tomorrow

Hyderabad, June 24: The High Court in Hyderabad today heard the arguments in the quash petition filed by Jerusalem Mathaiah, who is the accused number four in the cash-for-vote scam case. Lawyers representing Mathaiah and the nominated TRS MLA E Stephenson presented their arguments in connection with the quash petition with refernce to the cash-for-vote case. Later, the court said that until further orders are issued the stay on Mathaiah's arrest will remain. The court then posted further hearing in the case to tomorrow.
