TDP Announces Three Candidates for Rajya Sabha Polls

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) on Saturday formally announced its three candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections scheduled on June 18.

Party National President N. Chandrababu Naidu released the list, naming industrialist Sana Satish, prominent educationist and Bhashyam Educational Institutions chairman Bhashyam Ramakrishna, and TDP’s Social Media wing chief Chintakayala Vijay as the party’s candidates. According to the party, the selections were finalized after internal discussions. The official announcement was made through a press release from the TDP national headquarters in Mangalagiri.

In Andhra Pradesh, four Rajya Sabha seats are falling vacant. As part of the alliance understanding, one seat has been allotted to ally Janasena Party, which has named Lingamaneni Ramesh as its candidate.
