Chandrababu invoking Section 8 to cover up misdeeds: Pocharam

Hyderabad, June 23: Telangana Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivasa Reddy has said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is demanding the enforcement of Section 8 of the AP Reorganization Act to cover up his misdeeds. Pocharam alleged that Chandrababu has not changed his mindset even after the arrest of the party leaders in cash-for-vote scam. Speaking to the media here today, Pocharam opined that the Governor ESL Narasimhan is acting in an impartial manner. He vehemently opposed the move to vest law and order authority over Hyderabad with Governor. He accused the AP government of pressuring the Governor to enforce Section 8.
