AP CM promises all support to trace missing fishermen
Hyderabad: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu gave assurance to family members of the fishermen not to worry about their dear ones. He said that state government has been taking all measures to rescue stranded fishermen from the sea.
On June 16, fifty fishermen left for fishing from Kakinada in East Godavari district and they were trapped in the middle of the sea. Officials have launched massive hunt to trace fishermen by pressing three helicopters into service including two from army. Meanwhile, Chandrababu spoke to officials concerned and asked about rescue measures taken up by them.
