New district to be named after Telangana ideologue Prof. Jayashankar

Hyderabad, June 21: Telangana Information Technology Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has said that a new district to be carved out of the existing Warangal district will be named after Telangana ideologue Prof. K Jayashankar. KTR garlanded the statue of Jayashankar at TRS Head Office here and paid tributes on the occasion of the latter’s fourth death anniversary. He reiterated that government will work renewed vigour to fulfill the aspirations of Prof. Jayashankar. The Minister commented that law will take its own course in cash-for-vote scam. Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao were among others who paid homage to Prof. Jayashankar.
