Vijayawada is emerging as shelter zone for criminals: YSRCP

Vijayawada, June 20: YSRCP Trade Union State president Goutham Reddy has said that Vijayawada is emerging as shelter zone for criminals. He alleged that MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao is providing accommodation to Mathaiah, fourth accused in cash-for-vote scandal and Minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao is providing shelter to Telangana TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah. It may be noted that Veeraiah has failed to appear before ACB in connection with cash-for-vote scam and sought extra time citing health reasons. Goutham Reddy said that Mathaiah and Veeraiah were being trained by police officials.
