Sujana calls on Rajnath

New Delhi, June 18: Union Minister of State for Science and Technology Sujana Chowdary met Home Minister Rajnath Singh. Sujana along with Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao complained Rajnath over the alleged phone tapping of AP CM Chandrababu and others by Telangana government. Sources said that Sujana reportedly discussed about the 14th Finance Commission funds and shifting of OCTOPUS. Later, Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao met Union Home and Telecom secretaries. IYR Krishna Rao’s meeting with Union Home Secretary Goyal assumed significance in the wake of TDP government’s demand for enforcement of Section-8 of AP State Reorganization Act in Hyderabad and a full-fledged inquiry into the alleged phone-tapping.
