High Court adjourns Revanth’s bail plea to June 24

Hyderabad, June 17: TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, Uday Simha and Sebastian, who were arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau in connection with Cash-for-vote scandal, approached the Hyderabad High Court for bail. The High Court directed the ACB officials to submit counter petition and adjourned the case to June 24. As ACB court denied bail, Revanth and others approached the High Court. The ACB officials are preparing necessary documents to file counter petition in the court. The ACB court recently extended the judicial custody of Revanth Reddy to June 29. It may be noted that ACB took Revanth Reddy into custody for four days and questioned him.
