AP CS, DGP meet Governor
Hyderabad, June 16: Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao and Director General of Police JV Ramudu met Governor ESL Narasimhan. The meeting assumed significance as there were reports that ACB was planning to issue notices to AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and TDP senior leaders in Cash for Votes scandal. Earlier in the day, AP Minister Atchannaidu said that AP government will deploy its police forces in Hyderabad. Sources said that AP officials will raise implementation of Section-8 and other issues with the Governor. It may be noted that Telangana police have objected to the deployment of AP police at Chandrababu’s residence, secretariat and other places in Hyderabad.
