ACB has no authority to issue notices: Pulla Rao

Hyderabad, June 16: Agriculture Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao has said that Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau has no authority to issue notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrbabu Naidu over Cash for Vote scandal. He opined that Election Commission should look into the issue as Election Code of Conduct is in force and the issue is related to elections. He alleged that TRS would meet the same fate of Congress, if it tries to trouble TDP. He said that TDP government has authentic information on the alleged phone-tapping of AP CM and others by Telangana government. He said that 87 cases were registered against KCR in AP. He said that KCR and Jagan hatched conspiracy to stall development in AP. Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said that AP will issue notices to KCR if ACB issues notices to Chandrababu. Labour Minister K Atchannaidu claimed that the government has enough evidence to nail KCR.
