Congress protests against TDP’s ‘misrule’

Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) has staged a protest against the alleged misrule of Telugu Desam government, at Indira Park in Hyderabad. The Congress leaders demanded the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to resign immediately for his involvement in the Cash for Vote scandal. Congress floor leader in AP Legislative Council C Ramachandraiah said that the voice in the leaked audio tapes is that of Chandrababu. “I was with Chandrababu from 1985 to 2008. He is a destabilizing force since his college days and ‘adopts use and throw’ policy. He ruined the political career of Revanth and AP media adviser Parakala Prabhakar should take note of this,” he said. APCC chief N Raghuveera Reddy alleged that the government was steeped in corruption and acquired thousands of acres of fertile lands for private firms. Former Union Ministers JD Seelam and MM Pallam Raju, KVP Ramachandra Rao and other senior leaders participated in the meeting.
