Governor nominates 4 TDP leaders as MLCs

Hyderabad, June 13: Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narasimhan had issued orders nominating TDP leaders Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, TD Janardhan Rao, Bida Ravichandra Yadav and G. Srinivasulu as MLCs under the Governor’s quota. Few days back, the AP government had recommended the nomiation of the four TDP leaders as MLCs to the Governor. Accepting the State government's recommendation, the Governor issued two orders, nominating TD Janardhan and S Chandramohan Reddy in one order and nominating B Ravichandra Yadav and G Srinivasulu in the second order as MLCs. Meanwhile, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was busy in selecting party MLC candidates for local body elections. The selection was over in some areas while in some others the exercise was still going on.
