TDP Mahanadu sticker nailed Revanth: Mathaiah

Vijayawada, June 11: Jerusalem Mathaih, one of the key accused in Note for Vote scandal, said that Telangana Intelligence officials got wind of the scam as Sebastian, who was arrested in connection with scandal, went to MLA Stephenson’s house in a vehicle sporting Mahanadu sticker and added that Stephenson’s gunman alerted the higher ups. Mathaiah lodged a complaint against Telangana Chief Minister KCR at Vijayawada on Wednesday. He alleged that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekara Rao collected Rs 1 crore and appointed Stephenson as MLA. As Stephenson paid Rs 1 crore for MLC post, he incurred debts, Mathaiah said and added that Stephenson tried to avail loans and approached TRS leaders but to no avail. He was hurt by the indifferent attitude of the party leaders and decided to vote against TRS in the council polls, Mathaiah said. "I met Stephenson as a representative of Dalit community," added Mathaiah. He alleged that TS government is trying to indict Revanth and Chandrababu in the case.
