Thousands throng TDP's 'Maha Sankalpam' meet

Guntur: A large number of people attended the 'Maha Sankalpam' meeting which began in Guntur. The meeting was held to mark the completion of one year in office of TDP government. The meeting venue was filled to brim with women and TDP workers. As a large number of people were stranded on roads, police allowed the public into security zone. CM Chandrababu along with his son Lokesh, brother-in-law Balakrishna and Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani arrived at the venue. Later, the CM welcomed Governor ESL Narasimhan to the venue. Governor ESL Narasimhan expressed his willingness to participate in Janmabhoomi programme. Later, he released 'Maha Sankalpam' book and presented it to CM and other dignitaries. APNGOs president Ashok Babu hoped that the State will be turned into a developed one in 10 years. He called upon the people join hands to build a capital city which would be better than Hyderabad.
