ACB convenes emergency meet, to issue notices to Chandrababu

Hyderabad, June 8: Director General of Anti Corruption Bureau AK Khan convened an emergency meeting with officials and legal experts today. According to highly placed sources, Khan discussed further course of action. After evaluating several opinions with legal experts, ACB may issue notices to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrbabu Naidu and nominated MLA Elvys Stephenson. The tapes featuring purported phone conversation between Chandrbabu Naidu and Stephenson created ripples in political circles in both the Telugu states. The controversy may create a constitutional crisis as ACB is planning to summon Naidu for questioning.
