Court orders 4-day ACB custody for Revanth

Hyderabad, June 5 ,2015: The ACB court at Nampally here has accepted the plea of ACB officials seeking custody of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy for questioning. While the ACB sought his custody for five days, the court ordered a 4-day custody. Along with Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Uday Sinha were also remanded to ACB custody. The ACB court further directed the officials that the three should be questioned in the presence of their counsel between 9 am and 4 pm. "No third degree methods should be applied on Revanth and others," the court directed. Revanth, Sebastian and Uday Sinha have been lodged in the Charlapally jail after their arrest in the cash for vote scam.
