Revanth refuses to meet TDP MLAs in jail
Hyderabad, June 3, 2015: TDP MLA Revanth Reddy, now lagging in Charlapally jail on a 14-day judicial remand after being arrested in cash-for-vote scam case, has been refusing to meet TDP leaders.
Revanth Reddy today refused to meet party MLAs Maganti Gopinath and Prakash Goud who came to the jail to meet him, according to a local TV channel.
The channel has reported that he is not inclined to meet any party leaders except for his family members. "He is off the moods and off his elements," the channel has reported.
Meanwhile, the ACB court has accepted the plea of Revanth Reddy that he be provided special facilities in the jail. The court has directed the Charlapally jail authorities to provide him special facilities in the barracks.
