AP Min Sujata says she has nothing to do with Rs. 10 lakh cash found in her house

Veeravasaram (WG), June 3, 2015: Opening her mouth for the first time on the controversial bag containing Rs.10 lakh cash found in her residence , AP Minister Peetala Sujata told reporters that she has nothing to do with the bag. "I informed the police soon after I came to know that a woman came to my house and left the bag there containing Rs. 10 lakh cash and some certificates. I have nothing to do with the bag," she told reporters at her residence this morning. The bag was found in her residential premises yesterday raising question marks on who left that much amount in her premises and why. "So many people keep coming to my house for some work. I came to know that a woman arrived at my residence and left the bag in my absence, " she said, asserting that just because the bag was left there by a woman, it doesn't mean she is connected with that. Police have registered a case and investigation would reveal whether someone did it intentionally or by mistake, she said and asked: " What would be my situation if the bag contained some explosive materiel?"
