Manchu Manoj Launches the Teaser of Horror Comedy Movie “Rukmini”
Hyderabad: Rocking Star Manchu Manoj formally launched the teaser for the upcoming horror-comedy film "Rukmini" today, extending his support to the fresh talent introduced in the project. Produced by Nelaballi Subrahmanyam Reddy and Katta Gangadhara Rao under the G Cinema banner, the film features Niranjan and Grishma Netrika in lead roles.
Speaking at the launch event, Manchu Manoj praised the technical standards of the film. "The teaser looks amazing. It is evident that the direction, cinematography, and music are of high quality," Manoj stated. He specifically wished success to debutant hero Niranjan, hoping the film would mark a strong beginning for his career.
Lead actor Niranjan expressed his gratitude to Manoj for releasing the teaser and described "Rukmini" as a distinct horror-comedy designed to captivate audiences. Director Simhachalam Gudupuri highlighted the uncompromising production values provided by the producers and thanked Manoj for his consistent encouragement of new talent.
Producer Katta Gangadhara Rao shared a personal connection to the guest of honour, noting that his career began as an apprentice for Manchu Manoj’s father, veteran actor Mohan Babu. He expressed confidence that the film’s strong content, backed by music director Subhash Anand’s score and Tarun Ravula’s cinematography, would impress viewers.
The film, which also stars Priya Jasper, Deepthi Srirangam, Vikhyat, and Jayanth, is currently in the final stages of post-production. The makers announced that "Rukmini" is gearing up for a grand theatrical release soon.
