Court defers for Friday decision on Revanth bail plea

Hyderabad, June 2 , 2015 : The ACB court at Nampally here on Tuesday deferred for Friday its decision on the bail plea of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy who was arrested while trying to bribe nominated MLA Stephenson seeking his vote for the TDP candidate in the MLC polls last Saturday. When the bail petition came up for hearing today, the court asked ACB to file its counter. However, the ACB sought time to file its counter till Friday. Accepting the plea, the court deferred its decision on the bail plea for Friday. The court has permitted the ACB to shift Revanth Reddy to Charlapally jail as per the request of jail authorities.
