Exact location for Bhumi Pooja for AP Capital city selected

Guntur, May 27, 2015: Capital region development authority (CRDA ) officials have zeroed in on a piece of land between Mandadam and Tallaipalem of Tulluru Mandalam in Guntur district for performing the sacred Bhumi Pooja for the Capital City at the auspicious 8:49 a.m. muhurta on June 6. The selected piece of land, one and half km off the flood bank of the Krishna River , belongs to family members of ZPTC member Narendra. The selected piece of land lies quite opposite to the Goddess Kanakadurga temple direction wise, according to reports. District Collector Kantilal Dande, Joint Collector Sridhar, accompanied by several other revenue and CRDA officials, visited the place this morning and discussed the arrangements to be made for the proposed Bhumi Puja on June 6.
