T Cong leaders meet Guv, seek action against attackers on MLA Chinna Reddy

Hyderabad, May 26 ,2015: Telangana Congress Party leaders met Governor ESL Narasimhan here today and lodged a complaint that the police have not so far arrested the persons who had attacked Congress MLA Chinna Reddy in Mahabubnagar district on Monday. It may be recalled that TRS activists had attacked Chinna Reddy in Mahabubnagar district yesterday during a programme. The Congress leaders told Narasimhan that the police have not registered even a case against the TRS activists who attacked him. "We requested the Governor to interfere in the matter and take steps to ensure law and order is prevailed in the state," Chinna Reddy told reporters later. The Congress delegation has alleged that Chief Minister KCR's administration seems to be aiming at eliminating the opposition in the state. TPCC working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has said that KCR has been running the state as if it is his own estate.
