It’s Official: Prabhas Starrer ‘Spirit’ to Release on March 5, 2027

The long wait for updates on one of the most anticipated collaborations in Indian cinema has officially ended. The makers of Spirit, starring Pan-India star Prabhas and directed by the sensation Sandeep Reddy Vanga, have announced that the film will hit theatres worldwide on March 5, 2027.

The announcement was made on Friday through an official statement shared across the social media handles of the lead actor, the director, and the production houses. Produced jointly by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and Pranay Reddy Vanga of Bhadrakali Pictures, the film is being mounted on a massive scale.

Spirit is touted to be a high-voltage action drama featuring Prabhas in the role of a powerful police officer. The film features a stellar ensemble cast, with Animal fame Tripti Dimri playing the female lead, alongside seasoned actors Vivek Oberoi and Prakash Raj in pivotal roles.

The producers have confirmed that preparations are underway to release the movie in nine languages, including Telugu and Hindi, catering to a global audience. Given Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s track record of delivering blockbusters like Arjun Reddy and Animal, trade expectations for this project are exceptionally high. With the release date now locked, fans are eagerly looking forward to seeing Prabhas in this intense avatar.
