Heat wave to continue for another two days: Met

Visakha, May 24, 2015: Even as the heat wave toll has crossed the figure of 500 so far in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the officials of the Meteorological department here have warned that the scorching heat wave will continue for another two to three days in the two Telugu states and asked people not to venture out. The normal temperatures may go up by 3 to 7 degrees at least in the next two days, the officials warned. The officials said that the abnormal temperatures have been the result of heat waves sweeping from the west and northwest directions.
