All four MLC candidates to be declared elected unopposed in AP

Hyderabad, May 21, 2015: When the nominations closed for MLC polls today in Andhra Pradesh, four candidates have filed nominations for four vacancies. As the number of contenders has not exceeded the number of vacancies, all the four candidates are likely to be declared elected unopposed after scrutiny. While M.A.Sharif and Pratibha Bharati filed nominations as TDP candidates, BJP candidate Somu Veerraju filed his nomination with the backing of TDP. YSR Congress candidate Govind Reddy has filed the nomination as the fourth candidate.
