Jupudi loses Council chance, Naidu replaces him with Pratibha Bharati

Hyderabad, May 21, 2015: TDP leadership has finalised the names of M.A.Sharif and Pratibha Bharati as its MLC candidates from the MLAs' constituency in AP. TDP president and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu first finalised the candidature of Jupudi Prabhakar as one of the candidates. However, Jupudi Prabhakar has not enrolled himself in the voters' list in Prakasam district. Because of this, the CM has dropped his name at the eleventh hour and replaced him with P. Anuradha who was earlier declared as a candidate under Governor's quota. However, even she was also replaced by Pratibha Bharati again. Chandrababu then wanted to send Jupudi to the Council under the Governor's quota. However, this also may not be possible due to technical reasons, according to reports.
