TS advocates stage dharna before Venkaiah's house in Hyd

Hyderabad, May 16: Telangana advocates today staged a dharna in front of Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu's residence in Hyderabad. They were demanding the immediate bifurcation of the High Court in Hyderabad into Telangana high Court and Andhra Pradesh High Court. Speaking to the advocates on the occasion, the union minister said the NDA government was ready for the bifurcation of the high court. He said the central government had asked the Andhra Pradesh government to inform it within six months on the location of the new high court building. The central government is awaiting a response from the AP government on this issue, he said.
