Vetakaram.com actor Vijay dies in earthquake-instigated accident in Nepal

Kathmandu, April 27, 2015: Contrary to information received from Nepal, Vijay, acting in the movie Vetakaram.com for which song and dance sequences were being shot in Nepal, had died. Reports said the unit members ,after feeling the tremors, decided to return to safety winding up their shooting. However, while returning from the shooting spot, their vehicle turned upside down several times due to the repeated tremors and Vijay died on the spot. Three other members of the unit were seriously injured in the incident. Earlier, the unit members informed the production house in Hyderabad and their families that every body in the unit was safe. However, the incident took place after they passed on the information. The unit had comprised of 20 members including the producers, other artistes and technicians. The unit members are now trying to send the body of Vijay to Hyderabad and then to Bapatla in Guntur district, his native town.
