Chennai police files kidnap case against actress Alphonsa

Chennai, April 24 ,2015: Chennai police have filed a kidnap case against actress Alphonsa after a woman complained that the actress has kidnapped her husband. The woman, belonging to Myladudurai in the city, met the police commissioner and complained that Alphonsa had threatened to kill her after kidnapping her husband Jaya Sankar. "She told me she had married Jaya Sankar even before I had married him. She threatened to kill me if I don't leave Jaya Sankar," she said in her complaint. The Commissioner has constituted a team of officials to probe the matter.
