Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu Arrives in Singapore

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu arrived in Singapore today, marking the beginning of a five-day official visit. Upon his arrival, he was given a grand reception by the local Telugu community, including industrialists, non-resident Indians (NRIs), and representatives of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu Society (APNRT).

As Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and his ministerial delegation travelled from the airport to their hotel, Telugu families residing in Singapore gathered along the route to greet them. Women in traditional attire performed ceremonial harathi, while children presented Kuchipudi dances as a mark of cultural welcome.

The surroundings of the Chief Minister’s hotel took on a festive atmosphere, as numerous Telugu families arrived to offer a warm and heartfelt reception.

Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to attend a total of 29 events during his stay in Singapore. On the first day of his visit, the Chief Minister’s official engagements are as follows:

From 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will meet with Shilpak Ambule, the High Commissioner of India to Singapore, at the Valley Wing of the Shangri-La Hotel.

From 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., he will hold discussions with representatives of the Surbana Jurong Group—Cher Ek, Rick Yeo, and Jignesh Pattani.

From 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu will engage in an investment discussion with Tan Sri Dato A.K. Nathan, Chairman of Eversendai Engineering Private Limited.

From 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., he will participate in the “Telugu Diaspora from South East Asia” event being held at the OWIS Auditorium, accompanied by ministers Nara Lokesh, P. Narayana, and T.G. Bharat.

Between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is scheduled to attend a reception hosted at the residence of the High Commissioner of India, along with representatives of the Singapore government.
