Difficult to say when Polavaram project will be completed: Nirmala Seetaraman

Hyderabad, April 7: Union Minister Nirmala Seetaraman today confessed that it was not possible to say as to when the much delayed Polavaram project will be completed. She told this to media persons during her tour of West Godavari district. Stating that the relations between TDP and BJP are good, the minister said the central government will release funds as and when the state government spends money on the project. On the subject of special status to Andhra Pradesh, she said instead of a special status, the central government would provide special package to the state similar to Bihar and West Bengal.
