Court to announce MAA election results on April 9

Hyderabad, April 7: City Civil Court today said that the election results of Movie Artists' Association (MAA) will be announced on April 9 as actor-politician Murali Mohan and actor Ali had submitted their counter affidavits. The court also directed the election officials to file their counter affidavits with reference to MAA elections. It may be recalled that the election officials had handed over the video of the process of conducting the MAA elections to the City Civil Court on March 31st itself. On March 29, elections were held for the post of president of MAA and actors Rajendra Prasad and Jayasudha were contesting for the post.
